Hi, I’m Lucy, the baker behind Lucy’s Bake House (formally known as Stacked by Lucy)!

 

Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in my family’s café, Annie’s, where I learned the joy of creating delicious treats (and still make all the tray bakes you’ll find there today using the original recipes!).

 

A few years ago, I decided to take my love for baking in a slightly different direction. As someone who isn’t a huge lover of traditional cake, I wanted to offer something a little more unique for celebrations - that’s how my Stacks were born. Fun, creative, and completely customisable, they’re the perfect alternative to the classic cake.

 

What started as a small passion project has quickly grown into something much bigger than I ever expected. Watching this business evolve and become such an important part of my life has been incredible. I’m very grateful of the support from all the customers who have trusted me with their special event and I’m so excited to keep growing baking, and bringing your celebrations to life, one bake at a time.
